The founder “N N Mathur” has more than 39 years of total industry experience as an IT consultant and has designed and developed many data concentric Financial Planning and Management applications and have devised information systems for many clients. In personal capacity he has created and mentored many startups and business setups in India for clients.

Navneet Narain Mathur

Founder Director 

40 Years experience in Management and Financial Consulting, ERP Applications Design and Business Process Consulting. Founder Director of Unilink Software Pvt. Ltd., a software development and consulting company, which boasts of its satisfied clients (Corporates, SMEs, MSMEs, Indian Navy, High end NGOs and iNGOs).

Worked with International and National NGOs, bilateral organizations, UN agencies, government and Defense organizations and corporates to deliver sustainable solutions through stakeholder engagement and community participation. Have optimally rooted and have a profound understanding of social and corporate development.

  • Worked on many Indian Navy Projects.
  • Designed, Developed and implemented a Materials Management System which is implemented on all major war ships, submarines and many on shore establishments of Indian Navy.
  • Designed and implemented an Enterprise based Requirement Planning System for Indian Navy Ship Dock Yard. This is a very ambitious project and covers around 17 applications and business processes.
  • Worked as a Business Process Consultant with SOS Children’s Villages of India, An Austria based NGO having 45 establishments in India, and presence in 130 countries worldwide.
  • Have used his administrative, Management and IT knowledgebase in leveraging the corporate and Non Profit sector consulting arena. Have designed and developed many Management Information Systems, Implemented ERPs using, Odoo, SAP, Sybase, Microsoft Dynamics IT & Software assignments in the Corporate Initiatives and social development, few of which are detailed below:

    • Worked as a consultant for United Nations Development Project (UNDP)Cambodia and Designed a specialized Document Management System for their projects in Cambodia
    • Designed an online Expense Management System which monitors all expenses in the organization.
    • Worked as Functional and Business Process Consultant and a core team member for SAP implementation and software database integration for various clients.
    • Worked on Enterprise Mobility Solutions to help Clients to manage and monitor Key Performance Indicators and make decisions based on visibility to the right information.
  • Few key corporates for which the solutions were designed are:
    • Walmart USA - A project involving MSME's of India, designed on Odoo ERP
    • Sandisk, USA
    • Equinix, USA
    • Agilent Technologies USA
  • An experienced Business Process Consultant with Expert Level Experience in Setting up E-Commerce Stores using platforms like Shopify. Actively involved in Odoo ERP Consulting, Configuration and customization, HR automation consulting (HR activity portal implementation and customization). Also involved into recruitment consulting and services for existing clients.

Sanjeev's professional journey spans two and a half decades across various functions, diverse categories and different organizational cultures. His last ten years have been spent at senior management levels where he has been engaged in getting the best out of teams of all "shapes & sizes". Over 29 years rich experience in Sales, Business Development, New Market Development, Channel Management, Distribution, Client Servicing, and Operations in the FMCG/ food/Service & Telecom industries. A keen planner with proven abilities in establishing and managing business operations, cross-selling of a bandwidth of products with demonstrated initiative.

Jalaj M

Director (Projects)

Jalaj is a 25 year experienced Manager in the IT Industry, the entrepreneur within him helps him understand the business needs of the prospects pretty well. He uses his knowledge base to identify DOs, Don'ts, Goods, Bads across the business domains which proves him to be a wealthy asset for company. He brings in enthusiasm and dedication, experience and professionalism to the organization.


In addition I am also serving as a management consultant for some other startups and helping them achieve their goals

Jinender Jain

Corporate financial consultant with 35 years of expert experience in all aspects of financial management, corporate troubleshooting and Litigation. Hands-on extensive and successful experience in corporate restructuring including mergers & acquisitions. Mustafa Ashraf Rahman

Director Projects

A PMP certified Project Management Professional with 21+ years of experience. Ashraf has successfully led cross-functional teams, managed complex projects in various technologies, and driven strategic initiatives across various industries. His Project Management experience, combined with the deep expertise in Devops, Cloud, Mobile, Web, Blockchain, equips him to streamline processes, enhance collaboration, and deliver high-impact projects that align with organizational goals.

Renu Dayal

Renu Dayal is a Postgraduate in Economics with advanced certification in TESOL from Intesol worldwide Chesire UK and also holds a degree in Business English and communication skills from SSEC (a unit of IDP Australia)
